The Villa Atlantico is located just off Puerto Calero on a large property on the Atlantic. Towards the sea there is no further development, so that the view is free. At the moment there are two bedrooms, soon the villa will have as well a studio for two more persons. In addition to the pool there is also a small children's pool. Here you can enjoy peace and solitude.

Description

The Villa Atlantico is a luxury home in many ways: At about 220 square metres you can relax completely and unfold yourself totally. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and connected by a large hatch with each other. Everywhere there is the view of the Atlantic, the dominant image. From any seat, in the kitchen, dining area or living room you can let your eyes wander across the Atlantic. At the moment the house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Soon a studio will be added with a separate bedroom and bath, so that the house can be occupied by up to six adults.

The pool is not very large, but fantastically protected from the wind and glimpses and it has also sea views. Around the pool there are high-quality wood panels, which heat up beautifully and which are perfect for sunbathing. An outdoor shower is available. The sun roof over the seating area can be rapidly drawn open or close. Everywhere outside lights are integrated for the darkness, so that especially in the evening a wonderful atmosphere is created in the garden.

If you have some event to celebrate, the large bar in the living room is of great use.

The kitchen is fully equipped, a washing machine is available as well as a dishwasher and an oven. The bath, which was recently restored, has both, shower and a bath. Bathrobes and beach towels are here for you to make you feel more comfortable during your stay.

WiFi is here included in the service as well as a large flat screen with all German, English and Spanish TV programs. The garden is adorned by palm trees and a short walk will take you directly to the sea. However, there is no beach here, but you can go swimming.

Until to the next big supermarket it is about 5 km. The walk to Puerto Calero is short. To the promenade with its many restaurants it will take about 15 minutes on foot, if you take it more slowly. The trail to Puerto del Carmen is about 5 minutes away, so you can simply take a walk there, then after a stroll through the town, perhaps return by taxi. Anyway you should plan for this object a car rental. The owners live next door at times, but you won’t see them, except, perhaps, in the parking lot. All outdoor areas are reserved absolutely for you and they are completely private. An ideal house for a time-out.
