Staying with us on Lanzarote

Finally, soon you will be on your holidays. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any of your questions before you start your holidays. Also, please contact us if you need any further information about the procedure on arrival at the airport, locating your rental car and about the best value for money mobile network.
We can arrange to meet you at the Meeting Point at the airport or to meet you at a confirmed location on your way to your accommodation but you also have the option to travel directly to your accommodation. We will confirm all arrangements with regard to handing over the keys. This ensures that everything is handled quickly and smoothly so that you can start your holidays straight away.

We happily will do the first shopping for essentials for you if you arrive on a late flight or just because it makes things easier for you. If that's the case, please send us your shopping list no later than the day before your arrival. Everything will be ready by the time you arrive at your accommodation. We charge 15,00 Euro for this service in addition to the shopping bill.

Since we treat our guests all individually, no effort will be spared to get you into your accommodation immediately. This may occasionally not be possible straight away if there is a changeover on the same day. However, the property will be available for you no later than 4 pm. We will look after your luggage whilst you can venture out already if your property is not ready when you arrive.
The same goes for your departure. You can stay in your accommodation until leaving for the airport in most cases. However, if new guests arrive on the same day as your departure day then we may have to ask you to have your luggage packed a bit earlier. You can stay in the accommodation until 10 am in any case and we are happy to look after your luggage until your departure.

 

Booking with us means that we will be there for any problem, great or small, that may occur and we will help you to solve any issues. No matter whether health issues, problems with your car or accommodation - we will be available for you during your stay, right here on Lanzarote. Not booking directly with the proprietor means that you will receive assistance from us whatever your concerns or questions.
