Description
This beautifully located two-bedroom apartment is situated in the small village of La Asomada. The terrace is equipped with wooden furniture and offers an amazing view across Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero, reaching as far as to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Enjoy the quiet and wind-protected location listening to Chill Out music with a glass of the finest red wine from Lanzarote whilst admiring the sea of lights in the evenings or the sparkling ocean during the day. Whether a starry sky in the bathroom, view across the Atlantic from your bed or the chlorine-free saltwater pool - here you will find the best mix of romantic atmosphere, relaxation and luxury in absolute privacy.
The holiday apartment offers some extra features which are well worth mentioning. There are for example loudspeakers in the bathroom as well as on the terrace. Dimmable bedside lamps create a cosy atmosphere in the bedroom at night. A LCD flat panel TV with German satellite channels as well as HiFi system with Bluetooth and USB port are provided for your entertainment. DSL 24 h (flat rate) and Wifi on the terrace and the entire garden are at your disposal free of charge. The rain and hydro-massage shower as well as the starry sky in the bathroom can be switched off. A washing machine and dumble dryer are available.
Important information: the garden as well as the pool is used by other guests of the property as well as by the property owners at times. The pool is heated all year round and has a temperature of at least 23 degrees even in winter.
La Asomada is a small but pristine village: a small church, community centre and a supermarket as well as a bread roll service are available. A small but very recommendable tapas bar is also only a short walk away, providing live music with timples and singing on sundays. A reliable bus service to the neighbouring town of Tias (for shopping) and to Puerto del Carmen (for the beach) runs every hour, 7 days a week. La Asomada is also a good starting point to discover the winegrowing area of La Geria on foot. A spectacular view across the Fire Mountains, reaching to the Risco of Famara, presents itself once you have climbed the hills. The property is situated at the upper outskirts of La Asomada, around 350 m above sea level. La Asomada is located around 7 km from the Atlantic. The nearest big shopping facility (Eurospar) is around 2 km away and Puerto del Carmen (sandy beaches) is also around 6 km away. The airport is easily reached within 10 minutes but you will never be disturbed by any aircraft noise.
The baker's in the neighbouring village will happily take your orders for fresh bread rolls and will deliver those just before 9 am from mondays to saturdays. There is no delivery on sundays but you can order double the amount of bread rolls for Saturday.
The new golf course just above Puerto del Carmen opened in 2008 and is only 10 minutes away from the property. The longer existing golf course in Costa Teguise can be reached within 20 Minuten.
There is a separate studio available in addition to the apartment. The studio can be booked separately or together with the holiday apartment.

Rates and additonal charges:
Rates are for 2 persons sharing; extra charges for each additional adult 70,00 Euro/week, for children up to 14 years old 35,00 €/week.
Plus on-off service fee of 80,00 €.
The rates for the winter months are higher than the rates during the summer due to the additional heating costs for the pool.
