Description
The owner of the property has created the apartment for himself and has done many things in the property are his own handiwork. The decorations in the bathroom and the kitchen show especially the great care taken for every detail. Conveniently located in the village yet not in the centre of the village, where there is often no sea view, but in a very small urbanisation next to the supermarket and the bus stop. One of the pictures confirms that you will be staying almost amidst the dunes. A comfortable accommodation for beach lovers, relaxation-seekers and water sports fans. The view to the sea ,only' from the side of the property is actually of great advantage since it makes the balcony very wind-protected. Due to the wind conditions in Famara are balconies and terraces with front sea view very inpractical since the wind and sometimes the sand make sitting outside very uncomfortable. Here you can sit at three sides completely protected from the westerly wind and you will still be able to chill and see, hear and smell the sea without a sharp breeze.
One bedroom has two single beds and the other is furnished with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes. There is also a very useful storeroom containing a washing machine.
Additional charges:
For each additional adult 70,00 €/week, for children up to 14 years 35,00 €/week.
An additional on-off service charge of 50,00 € applies.
