It is close to the beach yet in a quiet area and undisturbed by any noise from the bars or restaurants. Inclusive functional kitchen and english satellite TV. The view from the balcony turns towards the beautiful, by palm trees covered garden and through the houses you see part of the Atlantic. To the beach it will take about 3 minutes.

Description
The balcony of this holiday apartment is south-facing and offers a view across the landscaped gardens, the pool and the sea. Next to your balcony is another one in the same staircase which may be used by other holidaymakers at times. The view to the sea across houses can already be enjoyed during breakfast on your balcony.
The sofa in the living room is easily converted into a sofabed, providing sleeping space for another third and fourth adult.
The bathroom is functional but will be renovated shortly.
The beds are equipped with good mattresses, 90*190 m each. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, containing also the seat cushions for the terrace furniture.
Bathrobes and beach towels are provided.
On-road parking spaces directly in front of the premises.
Further information about rates and additional charges: The rates are for 2 persons; a charge of 70,00 €/week applies for any additional adult, for children up to 14 years old 35,00 €/week.
