Description
The on Lanzarote residing artist and landlord has two very individual holiday accommodations for happy Lanzarote-discoverers directly next to his studio to let.
A studio and an apartment with a beautiful Spanish courtyard are available as holiday accommodation. Studio Marilyn is the ideal environment for those who want to discover Lanzarote in all its facets.
From the picture on the wall to the coffee mug in the kitchen, Studio Marilyn is the artist's hommage to Marilyn Monroe. There is also a small living room/sleeping area which can be booked in addition to the Apartment Leopard or Studio Marilyn. This separate, cosy room with high sleeper bed can be booked for maximum one more person in addition. The room can be accessed fom the jointly used patio and is close to the apartment and Studio Marilyn. The separate room has no bathroom.
Apartment Leopard and Studio Marilyn share a garden-facing beautiful Spanish patio. The patio is equipped with sunloungers and has a wind-protected seating area for cosy evenings. The landlord's living quarters are separated from the holiday accommodation. The host is very hospitable and looks after the wellbeing of his guests.
Each room can be equipped with a TV if requested. Towels and bedlinen are provided and are changed weekly. Please provide your own beach towels. Washing machine provided. WiFi everywhere available.
Additional charges:
An additional charge of 70,00 €/week applies for the second and the third person.
