Description
The apartment is located on the ground floor and there are only a few steps. The balcony is south-facing allowing for sunbathing from morning until early evening. The property offers views across a green landscape, the neighbouring houses and to the sea. German satellite TV channels available. The kitchen is well equipped with practical utensils since the property owners use the apartment themselves at times. A mini HiFi system with CDs is also available and you can bring your own favourite music collection.
The bathroom has been renovated recently and also contains a washing machine.
