Description

The living room is around 50 m² big and has a large panorama window with open views from the dining area reaching across Arrecife and as far as Fuerteventura. The property owner is a passionate cook and is a retired hotel manager. It therefore comes as no surprise that he has created a kitchen that is a paradise for cooks and which is equipped with many more extras than the standard kitchen in holiday properties. Really everything is provided here, even our TV chefs feel at home here.

It is pure heaven to relax on the leather sofa with divan and just to wait until dinner is ready. A chair and desk made of acryl, with direct internet access, is provided for writing, thinking and working. WiFi is also available so that you can sit and work on the terrace.

There is a white marble bathroom with red silestone marble decor. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and light in a sea-like colour comes through green-blue glass bricks. There is no separating door between the living room and the sleeping area, which has been decorated in a warm, Asian style and which has, of course, direct access to the terrace. The half covered terrace offers plenty of privacy and is completed by a beautiful loggia with a large area for lounging. Here you can meditate or hold a siesta protected from wind and sun or just chill out and serve your loved one a drink after a beautiful day, accompanied by the appropriate music thanks to the outdoor speakers. Almost like Café del Mar - but just for you and a beautiful selection of music is already provided at the Parnass property.

Smoking is here only permitted outdoors. A bed for children is available. Unfortunately, older children cannot be accommodated.

Enjoy the amazing views across the beautiful landscape and the sea as far as Fuerteventura. Don't miss the sunsets in the evenings when the sun disappears behind the mountain tops of Volcano Guardilama.

The new golf course just above Puerto del Carmen opened in 2008 and is only 10 minutes away from the property. The longer existing golf course in Costa Teguise can be reached in 20 minutes.
