Description
Here you can relax and spend your holidays, away from tourist areas, and yet still very close to the sea. Even for intense work you will be happy to stay here as Casa Concha also has an Internet connection. The house is small but equipped with every possible detail so that you will not miss a thing. Within 60 square meters you will find two beautiful, small bedrooms, a lavishly-equipped and very comfortable living area and kitchen, followed by a beautifully designed bathroom. You can also spend your time in a bright winter garden followed by a barbecue and sun terrace, on the other side of the bungalow, at the entrance, there is another covered terrace.
After just three minutes walk you reach the wonderful natural beach of Las Conchas. You can take undisturbed morning swims here easily. Only a few meters further on the long promenade of Playa Honda begins, an absolute insider tip. In the last years more and more trendy restaurants and bars have established, so as well culinary delights and a change in the nightlife is guaranteed. If you want to spend the holiday without a car, you will find the Centro Comercial Deiland also in a just ten minutes walk. There is a large supermarket and other shops and even cinemas and a bowling center. Also there is a hub for public buses, so you can quickly set off in all directions of the island.
The bungalow can be rented for extended periods. Please ask for the special conditions.

All year round for two people 400,00 €/week
Third adult 70,00 €/week, for children under 14 years 35,00 €/week. No additional charges.
