Description

This property is located in a quiet cul de sac in La Asomada and has a wonderful panoramic view from Arrecife to Fuerteventura. You enter the villa over an enormous terrace that leads into a large lobby. On the lower floor are the common rooms like kitchen, billiard room and living room and as well a bedroom and a very large bathroom. The spiral staircase beneath a large light well will lead to the upper three bedrooms. Here are two bedrooms, which share one bathroom and the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi in the bedroom. All the rooms have views of the Atlantic Ocean or the mountains.

Besides the size of the house and the high quality of the whole body, especially the kitchen has to be once mentioned in particular, the villa features the unsurpassable outdoors. The large, heatable pool features a poolside bar, so you can enjoy a mojito sitting directly in water. The table tennis room has sliding doors so that you can play protected from wind.

In the covered area of the terrace at the grill there is a panoramic window so you can watch your children on the playground belonging to the house. Ample sun beds are available, as well as parasols. The entire area is protected against looks from neighbour properties.

There is a laundry room including washing machine and drying facilities available. Even water sports equipment can be stored here easily.

The newly constructed golf course in Puerto del Carmen is located just 5 minutes drive away. The long-established place in Costa Teguise you can reach in about 20 minutes.

Wifi (ADSL 3 MB) is included in the price. As well as pool and beach towels.
