Description
The studio is situated in the Casa Canaria but is completely separated. It has a separate entrance and you will therefore not disturb the neighbours. This unit can be booked individually or togther with Casa Canaria. The studio is a spacious room (29m²) with separate shower bath, WC and sink. There is also a small, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, grill / oven, fridge and two cooking plates as well as a coffee machine, toaster. kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils. The living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe with drawers, space for hanging clothes and a safe. A TV with German channels and a radio with CD player are also available. A large French door leads to a small balcony with sea view and stairs to the solar-heated saltwater pool. The pool (8m x 4m) is used by both accommodations and there are plenty of sunloungers for relaxation and sunbathing. The pool can be electricity-heated for a charge of 75,00 €/week.
Additional information:
The rate for the studio per week is 150,00 € if the studio is booked in addition to the apartment.
