Description

This studio is a real gem, well-being is guaranteed here. Although the base area is not very large you will find absolutely enough room for two as well on the beautiful terrace.

The apartment is on the ground floor, you don’t have to overcome some steps. The terrace is south facing, so you could stock up on some sunshine already from the morning until early evening. The apartment is equipped with satellite television, so you can receive German, English and Spanish programs. Since the apartment is used occasionally by the owner privatly, the equipment of the kitchen is very profound. Also a small music system, including CD, is available so you can bring your favorite music with you.

The bathroom was completely renovated recently and also has a washing machine.
