The 1-bedroom apartment is comfortably
furnished. The balcony is covered
half, and your view turns exclusively
onto the Atlantic Ocean and some palm trees. A
private path leads directly
from the small complex to the little beach promenade.
Here you will
find peace and authenticity
exactly between the old port and the life on
the beach road.
From the entrance the apartment is accessed on the ground floor, the side of the balcony yet is on the first floor.

feeling from breakfast onwards. Your balcony has full southern exposure, so already
from dawn onwards you will be able to
enjoy the warm sun.
The apartment is comfortable, well equipped for
a longer stay. In
the kitchen you will find as well an oven and all ameneties that you might need also for more complex cooking.
The bathroom is completely
renovated and has a bath with shower and washing machine. The bedroom offers two single
beds with good mattresses in the
format 90 x 200 cm.
Large fitted wardrobes are integrated so
you can easily stow everything.
From the lounge you can also look at the sea - or at the flat-screen
TV to enjoy a
beautiful film. A music system is
also available so
you can easily bring your holiday music.
The living room has a comfortable
sofa which can be extended for two people as a comfortable bed. This allows up to four people comfortably share the apartment.
The calm that radiates this place is unique. Here,
total relaxation is guaranteed.
As within walking distance to restaurants and bars at the Old Harbour, reached in about 3-5 minutes, here you just
need a car if you want to explore the island.
Especially as a small but well stocked supermarket is just
around the corner. To the Centro Fariones
and the beginning of the Avenida Las Playas
you will also just need about 5-10
minutes.
Caution: In the second half of August
we are celebrating a big party at the
Old Harbour of Puerto del Carmen, the traditional Fiesta of the village. In this time peace seekers
do not book here. Who wants to celebrate, here's the best place to stay.
